Wir waren eine Nacht vor Ort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wer New Mexico-Feeling sucht und nicht in einem klassisch-langweiligen Hotel übernachten möchte, ist hier genau richtig. ”

I loved having the rainfall shower and a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony, wonderful amenities like the gym and pool, and excellent and friendly front desk service, free valet or self parking, complimentary waters etc, and a wonderful location close to old town and next to the food hall!”

“Would not recommend to stay here! Hotel is old and dated. Upon check in asked for a room in a quiet area, front staff said no problem and stuck me next to the highway side, loud cars all night, in addition dogs start barking around 10pm and go all night, call front desk and they said they already sent someone up, they go up again and still barks, and started again early morning. Horrible night sleep, discussed with front desk and they said they are pet friendly hotel. I say so this impacts……

“Very disappointing experience. Around 5:30 AM someone from the front desk knocked on our door twice because their system incorrectly showed our room as vacant after a check-in error. This woke us up abruptly, our dogs started barking, and we couldn’t go back to sleep. We had been driving all day and still had a full day of travel ahead of us, so this disturbance was extremely frustrating. The issue was caused by the hotel’s internal mistake and unfortunately no resolution was offered.”

“This stay fell well below expectations for a DoubleTree. Housekeeping never offered to clean the room during our stay, and none of the housekeeping staff we encountered spoke English, which made requesting basic toiletries extremely difficult. When our shower gel ran out, we couldn't even communicate what we needed. Basic service and communication should not be a challenge at a hotel of this brand.”
