The property has a great location, parking, lift. It definitely would benefit from beds, kitchen equipment, sofas that are from this decade.

Very poor maintenance
Unfortunately our stay was not what we expected and very disappointing. The apartments look very nice but the lack of maintenance is quite alarming.
The instructions to find the key and apartment was confusing enough but made worse by the fact that we were given written directions to the wrong apartment.
Proplems with 43
Cold unseasonal night and heating not working.
Strong smell of smoke- we only book non smoking accommodation as hate smoke.
Kitchen tap not fixed to sink top.
Oven tray dirty.
No instructions for microwave.
Indent in bedroom wall surface.
We were then moved to apartment 34
Patio door handle cracked and loose.
Chain missing on front door.
Latch was jammed and handle was off the lounge door.
Top of mixer tap missing.
Wrong instructions for microwave and writing on machine worn so impossible to read at night so couldn't use.
Only 2 Spoons but 3 of us. Only 2 dishwasher tablets.
No hairdryer.
Light in bathroom flashing meant we couldn't use that bathroom.
No toilet roll holder in en-suite meant it had to sit on floor.
Both heated towel rails not working.
Pans disgusting and unusable.
Boiler pressure was 0.1 bar.
Both beds small doubles so poor sleep as most accommodation has king beds.
Inspection panels in 2 cupboards removed and not replaced.
Hole in boiler cupboard ceiling would allow CO to pass into ceiling space with serious consequences.
Wall mounted heater lying on floor so blocking air
I have photos but button inactive.

Great Apartment
Great location and could not fault this apartment. I had one in the corner with extra height in the lounge allowing for a great view and balcony.
Although the apartment is extremely well equipped, there were no instruction manuals to tell you how to operate anything. They did know that we were coming from a foreign country. There were two light bulbs out when we arrived and a third blew when we turned it on...blowing a breaker. The property manager, Duncan was very good about having those and the redo of the cleaning done promptly. However, the condition of this lovely apartment was appalling! Every one of the pots & pans had caked on food, as did the grill on the gas cooktop. The bathtub was coated in soap scum, the shower was not clean, nor was the floor anywhere in the apartment. There was a coating of dust and hair on the surface of the livingroom area rug, chips in the floor of one bedroom's carpet and packaging bits on the carpet of the other one. Most, but not all was taken care of with the requested re-clean. The baking dishes in the oven drawer were not touched during the re-clean and were absolutely coated in grease. The bathtub drain did not hold water and had no drain release. We had requested a fragrance-free environment, due to allergies and had been told that they used fragrance plug-ins but that they had been removed and the windows opened (the day prior to our arrival). Neither happened! We had to remove them ourselves. There were two holes in the drywall, one in each bedroom from the door handles and a broken hinge on a kitchen cupboard. They insisted on a £200 deposit!
These apartments are very well maintained. Perfect location. They have all the necessities for cooking and washing clothes. I was very disappointed with the mattress. The springs were very uncomfortable, but everything else about the place was great.
One note - there is no check in counter at the apartments. You should call prior to arriving to see where to pick up the keys. We picked ours up at the management office on union.
Lovely spacious modern flat with good view. Excellent location. Only fault was the wooden floors were very slippery, my husband and daughter both fell.
An excellent place to stay - especially if you travel by car as it has underground parking. Many thanks to Vanessa for her help checking in etc and to Kelly at HQ. In my 'initial response' review I said my small gripe (and I did not go to Aberdeen to watch tv) was the ROKU tv system which gave limited options of viewing if you did not want to pay. I still think a simple freeview would be better as it gives a program guide and radio which ROKU does not. I said someone else had left a Netflix profile which I used. I understand this was wrong and that a Netflix subscription is included in each apartment - which mitigates my small gripe quite a bit. This (and most other apartments I have rented) go to great lengths to keep you safe. Yet very few provide oven gloves to stop you burning yourself when you get something hot out of the oven. Would suggest you get some. I got some brilliant ones on ebay that look just like gloves with fingers for about £5. (No I don't make or sell them!)
excellent apartment and efficient friendly contact, good location within easy access to centre etc.
will be Destination of choice from now on in Aberdeen!
The Apartment is great value for money and very spacious. A nearby corner shop is very well stocked and opens very early to very late at night.
The only caveat is the checking in procedure. The office is in the city and is located approx. one and half miles away from the accommodation. It would have been helpful if this disconnect had been highlighted in the contact email which was sent.
Ruokapaikkaksi suosittelen ehdottomasti Aberdeenin keskustassa Amaronea. Vierailukohteeksi Stohavenia ja Dunnottarin linnaa.
The apartment had a bit of a showhome feel to it but overall it worked well and made a nice change from an identikit hotel room. I would consider using this again.
Apartemt was modern with nice furntiure. The bedrooms was slightly small with an old toothbrush behind the chest of draws with the usual build of dust and cra p! Lovely kitchen and spacious living room! Special request doesnt work as i rang up and put a note in booking, but never got the request! Location is slightly out of town but quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is ter rible as only couple of mini kelogs boxes a loaf of bread with no jam or butter and a packet of crisp and doesnt get refilled
Utrolig fin leilighet med høy standard. Ble også positivt overrasket at det låg reiseseng til barn i ett skap. Nytt og stilfullt innredning. Flott utsikt over byen. 20 min å gå ned til union street, men det gikk buss ofte til sentrum rett ved inngangen av leiligheten. Kommer til å bestille leilighet der neste gang også.
It was so nice to arrive late at night and find little things like coffee, milk and even the cornflakes waiting for us. We had a comfy nights sleep in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with lovely views over Aberdeen.
From the start communication was great with confirmation sent by email in advance. We were greeted by a helpful gentleman who made sure everything was to our satisfaction. And the apartment was excellent from the welcome pack of essentials to the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. It had its own private car park and fantastic views over the whole of Aberdeen to the North sea. Would highly recommend.
