Fantastic place! Warm welcome from Frankie with clear instructions on how to get there.

Fantastic place! Warm welcome from Frankie with clear instructions on how to get there. N.B. Don't ignore the instructions to use what3words as a satnav won't get you there! The accommodation is beautiful. Spacious, well equipped and so clean that I really could have eaten off the floor! The underfloor heating was great and the water hot and plentiful. Superb water pressure. Bed was comfortable as were both bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped with some thoughtful touches like small jars of spices and flour in the cupboard. The location is quiet and peaceful , yet convenient for nearby towns. A 3 minute drive and you're on the main road. There is a really good local shop in nearby Longtown for everyday essentials.and some good local produce ( I recommend the local ciders!). Nice walks with or without a dog . Several good pubs in driving distance although The Skirrid Inn is close enough to walk to.P.S. Dogs made welcome but need to be kept off the furniture.
