"The staff, from the front desk to the doormen and the cleaning staff were courteous and helpful. The room (2 single beds) size was nice and comfortable. The hotel location is excellent since able to walk to many historical sites of Macau plus transportation to and from the hotel was great."

The hotel is in a good location, making it easy to get around Macau and access nearby attractions, walkable and easy access to public transportation. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were very courteous and efficient, and the overall experience felt smooth and well organized. "Very nice hotel with an excellent room. The room bad both a bed and a small couch, which was great. The lounge area curiously lacked a water kettle, requiring myself and other guests to bring down their kettles from their rooms. Hotel is both reasonably close to all the main attractions without the noise and bustle of the tourists gathering at the casinos."

"Very clean and spacious rooms. Excellent location close to everything, especially the old area of Macau. All staff were great and helpful. Cliff the Manager was great. Upgraded our room as we had some issues with AC in our initial room. Buffet breafast and dinner was amazing, such a agreat selection and variety of food. Beautiful Pool and gym facilities Only gripe for me really was the spa adjoinging the pool is not warm/hot."
