Breakfast is in the family dining room & is cereals, juice & toast with jam & tea/coffee. Patrick is very flexable with timing for arrivals & breakfast. You can use downstairs to eat if you bring food in. Friendly host. 」

「This place was amazing. It has been lovingly converted into accommodation with so much attention to detail that you don’t want to leave. The additional Christmas decorations were super cute and appreciated as well as the full service kitchen (with coffee and milk), games and fabulous top floor 360°window to watch the sunrise/sunset, wildlife etc. Highly recommend a stay here. 」

「Excellent, grade A location. Central to university travel yet quiet and peaceful on the Folly Bridge island. The person who answered the supplied phone number when I had an issue checking in (all on my end) acted very put-out. Not all listed amenities are free. The refrigerator had a weird smell.The bathroom is mentioned in listing as "small" that's true. But the only supplied image is of the sink and the layout blueprint cuts off to not include the bathroom. Just know it is smaller than ....
