“This studio is outstanding with perks that weren't even mentioned in the description, such as an indoor hot tub and an outdoor patio with firepit and firewood supplied! The grounds include a large pond with swimming area and landscaped gardens. Our host, Allen, made us feel like family and was on site and available whenever we had a question or request. The queen bed is delightful and other furnishings are tasteful and made it feel better than home. The kitchenette area includes an air fryer and……

“Very nice accommodations. Great location. These things would have made it 100%:Only overhead lights. Would have been better with reading lamps. Beautiful shower, but felt a little unsafe with no bar or ledge to hang on to.Sofas weren’t very comfortable. One needed cleaning. Would have liked dressers in bedrooms.”

“This is a tri/quad plex and all other tenants were loud and yelling all hours of night. If not that than playing music ridiculously loud. Other than that, was a great spot. Minus the occasional cigarette smell that would wreck the whole unit.”

There was food caked on the cooking utensils, there were sticky traps on top of the cabinet filled with centipedes, there were stains on the couch, 80% of the light bulbs were burnt out, and the entire place smelled like musty menthol. I could go on. The only redeeming quality was that the management company……
