“First of all it is we had a great experience. It is a beautiful house with modern architecture and nice furniture. The scenery in the backyard is amazing and the neighborhood is very comforting. The house is still under construction in some parts but that was not an issue and it will make it better in the future. The host was considered and was prompt with our reqquest, there was a couple of tweaks that were solved on spot. Thank you David”

“Very nice clean property, with available necessary amenities, in quiet neighborhood. Smooth communications with easy Check-In and Check-Outs. Not an issue for us, but listings needs to be corrected to state ONE QUEEN BED in each bedroom; not the listed 2 Queen Beds in each room. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank You.”

“Overall super. We have a few comments : 1- almost no water pressure in the kitchen sink, this must be fixed, really an irritant after a week. 2- all the sofas smelled very strong of wet dog. We had to use fabreez on the fabric twice to get it to a tolerable level. 3- on arrival we felt sand on all surfaces on the ground level (table, counters…), the cleaning crew must be carefull about this. 4- the upper level TV in the family room is not fonctionnal. Like I said, overall super, just a few……

“We stayed at the beautiful property for two nights to attend our son’s wedding. The home is lovely with a welcoming porch and lovely yard and gardens with seating. The host is kind and has great attention to detail in her decor and linens. We felt most welcome. We appreciated the coffee station and the large entertainment centre. The upstairs guests may find the stairs a bit steep but they are lit for nighttime use of the main floor bathroom. It was a wonderful stay and we thank our host for……

“Great location! House was very clean on the main level but unfinished in the basement. Wifi was not great but likely due to location more than anything. A couple of issues arose during stay however communication with property management /owner was excellent and issues were rectified right away. ”
