"Exactly as picture. Property was clean and perfect for our needs. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Clean and everything you need to prepare and cook meals if you want to. Pontoon boat was unique and very nice for evening cruises and fishing."

"Thr property was nice, there was spider in the kitchen-not a big deal. We found ants the first night in the bedroom with the bunk beds- they led to cant wrapper under the bed on the floor. The stay was nice. We did get to relax and our whole family enjoyed the games and the pool. I would rent again in the future "

"Our stay was very comfortable. I got some good rest. In the mornings I would sit out by the pool and enjoy my coffee. Then I would get in the pool until 11:00ish. We took full advantage of having the pool. The only issue was the peddle boat had a lot of water in it along with several dead mosquitoes. I would recommend the last person to rent the house, flip the boat upside down on the dock. So that it’s dry for the next people. We didn’t use it, because it was heavy with the water, to be able to clean it out. Everything else was fabulous. Also keep in mind that the wind does blow, and the pool will have some debris, but you can clean it out with the net! We will definitely stay there again! Our hostess was a dream to work with, thanks Jane. "
"We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at this Phoenix/Glendale vacation home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and beautiful. The outdoor/backyard was an amazing oasis from the waterslide to the shuffleboard to the pickleball to the putt putt and sand volleyball court--WOW! Watching the sunset over the desert sky each evening was a dream. Everyone in our group ages 10-79 found it an absolute dream. The location was perfect — quiet neighborhood but just a short drive to groceries/coffee, hiking trails, and amazing restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive. It truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for comfort, style, tons of activities, and a taste of Arizona charm!"

The house was spotless, incredibly well-kept, and full of the charm you hope to find in a dream getaway. Spacious? Definitely. Every room offered plenty of space to breathe, relax, and simply be ourselves. It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to cancel all your plans and just enjoy the stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it was clear that the host truly cares about the experience. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave—and that says a lot.If you're fortunate enough to find availability, book it immediately. You’ll be emotional when it’s time to go (we certainly were)."
