"We had a great stay at this hotel! One of the biggest perks was the easy and convenient parking, which made coming and going stress-free. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Knott’s Berry Farm, making it super convenient for families planning a fun day at the park. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. You can really tell they care about their guests. It’s also very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable for the whole family. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting the area especially if you’re traveling with kids"

"Outlets did not work made our trip horrible with no connection to charge our phones thought it was our chargers paid 20 each still didn’t work "

"Room smelled of smoke (non smoking room) and pot. Also found ash try (with ashes) in the room. Went to mention something to the office - no one there. Had to also leave a $50 cash deposit when checked in. "
