The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. “I had a great stay at this hotel. Check in inspections were simple. Room was clean, and equipped, just as promised. Excellent location!. Five minute walk to where my tour is picked up. Laundry, grocery store, and restaurants very close. Definitely will stay again.”

“Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. I also needed laundry and George helped make it happen while we were out enjoying Crete! Important to note that the apartments……

“Amazing location in old town. Very close to the shops and market but not on the centre of it. Quiet location. The hosts are incredibly accommodating, all questions about restaurants, beaches and transportation were answered straight away, regardless of the time of day or night. Highly recommend staying here. Their customer service was amazing. ”
