“Staff are generally nice and friendly, there is a bar downstairs which serves good food, many locals came for dinner so is quite vibrant if you would like to mingle with people from different counties. However the room does not include duvet which means you either have to rent one (1100 isk) or bring your own sleeping bag. You will have to bring your luggage upstairs too.”

We contacted the property 18th Feb to raise our concerns and did not get a reply. I raised a complaint with Expedia on our return and the property have refused to take any accountability for the problem. Expedia were very good dealing with the complaint though
2) The……
