“Would like to give thanks to Shangri-la Qaryat Al Beri at Abu Dhabi team for making our 27th wedding anniversary memorable. Sarbina of Guest Relations has spent extra thoughts in decorating our room before we checked in the hotel. We are very pleased with the brilliant decoration. We have tried the 2 restaurants Shang Palace and Bord Eau and in both restaurants, food and services are super awesome.”

“When I arrived, I was informed that all rooms were sold out, and no alternative accommodation was offered. The only "favor" they extended was a refund for that night's stay, which left me with no choice but to sleep on the street. The next day, when I returned, they insisted that I could only extend one night of my stay instead of refunding me for the night I had to spend outside. This was frustrating, as it seemed unreasonable to change my flight just because of their mistake with the hotel……
