“Had to argue with staff for toilet paper and fresh towels. Wet laundry hung in corridor leading to guest rooms and cleaning carts, cleaning supplies in the corridor in plain view also. ”

“Very old holster, The AC is broken, they can’t fix it ”

“No shuttle bus service as mentioned in service. Before booking they said it is rare advantage but there is no advantage at all also it is middle of residential area very hard to access anything noting round all small house and high school. Staff was friendly room clean breakfast okay nice also they don’t respond chat”

“No air conditioning - can’t make the room cooler even if temperature is warm outside, a bit stuffy in the room, but noisy after open window ”

“I was grateful for the kind and attentive service I received, as I am not fluent in the language. The breakfast was delicious and just the right portion size.”

“Staff were helpful and kind. Hotel design is pretty cool too”

“Room was clean. Breakfast was limited and can use some help with English speaking staff.”
