The apartment, 68 m², has the following spaces:

- Comfortable living room with an open kitchen, equipped with sofa, HD TV and direct access to the terrace with side views of the beach.

- Terrace equipped with glass curtain enclosure with beach views, with table and 4 chairs. Perfect for enjoying both in summer and winter.

- Main bedroom with double bed of 150 x 190 cm.

- Second bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 190 cm. En-suite bathroom with washbasin, mirror, toilet and shower.

- Main bathroom equipped with washbasin and practical shower.

- Functional kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.).



It is delivered with bedding, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).

The Patacona beach, Alboraya is a must-visit during your stay in Valencia. This area maintains its charm during the summer season, as well as in winter. 100 metres from the apartment, there are all types of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, beach loungers, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez...

You will enjoy the proximity of Valencia's orchard, which dates back to the Andalusian era. To the classic crops already cultivated in Roman times, such as cereals, vine, olives, rice and tiger nuts are added as the most characteristic of this area, along with vegetables like aubergine and artichoke.



How to move around:

Just a few metres away from the apartment, there is a bus stop available (lines 19 - 31), taxi and cycle lane.
