「I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! La personne de la conciergerie parle couramment français et nous a conseillé et réservé des restaurants très variés pour le diner. Le service parking et voiturier est très pratique. La piscine, les transats et parasols en bon état. La mer St Raphael est proche de l'hôtel. Nous avions loué une voiture et avons pu découvrir d'autres plages.」

「Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit...

「The PortoBay Blue Ocean was a brilliant first hotel experience of the portugese Algarve for us. Buildings and rooms were in absolut great condition (the beach access outside the hotel area was a little tricky - a coordinating info of the reception during check-in could have helped).
