Beautiful Villa

Beautiful Villa, the host was also very helpful with the check in process. The villa was only a 4 minute drive into old town. The complex itself was very nice. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Perfect Family Holiday

We haven’t been on a family holiday for some time, due to our eldest children finding their own way in the holiday domain, so this was a well deserved family reconnection. The villa was brilliant, the location perfect for what we wanted, close enough to the town but far enough to not have the noise and hustle. Great pool, lovely rooms and the communication with the property was brilliant. What a great trip

Excellent!

We had a great stay in the villa. It was ideal for 2 families holidaying together with lots of space, both indoors and outdoors. The 2 large en-suite bedrooms upstairs were lovely with another 2 twin bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed and the shady patio area at the rear was ideal for the hot sunny days. We really liked the location too, a 25 minute walk into Old Town or 5 minutes by Bolt taxi which was a very quick and cheap way to get around. We had a lovely holiday overall and would definitely recommend the villa as a great place to stay in Albufeira!

House ideal for our family of 8 2 seniors 2 children 4 adults

We had a good holiday and property ideal for our 8 unfortunately we had a few hiccups with getting in on arrival . No internet for a few days which got sorted out . 2 of the bedroom shutters did not work someone came quickly to fix but was unable to one of the rooms this was the only form of fresh air . We did have a good time .

Nice villa, but stressful follow-up from the owner.

The property was clean and well located, and the property manager we interacted with during the stay was helpful and flexible. However, the experience after our stay was disappointing.We were contacted about several issues that we felt were related to general wear and tear, rather than damage. We had acknowledged responsibility for a small item during the stay, but the tone of the follow-up communication felt abrupt and left us unsettled.Guests may wish to document the property carefully on arrival and ensure expectations are clearly communicated throughout their stay.

Fabulous location and great villa although a little TLC required

The villa itself was very spacious and had everything you needed. Lots of different areas to sit if you wanted the sun or the shade. The location was great for exploring Albufeira.However, the villa is very tired and could do with some repairs especially around the pool where the tiles in the pool and surrounding area are either coming away or very wobbly. The pool shower handle fell off and the lights around the pool didn't work. Inside the villa, the safe key didn't work, the air con in one of the bedrooms didn't work and the drains in the kitchen and one of the upstairs bedroom was quite smelly. We did try and report these issues via text but no response was received.

Two families

We had a fantastic stay at the Beach House, the villa is a great size with 4 good bedrooms. The two upstairs both have generous en suites and are reached by an impressive staircase. The pool is an excellent size and the property was perfect for 4 adults and 4 boys aged 10-16. The location in Clubbe Albuferia is great, right by the mini mart and near both restaurants and snack bar which were friendly and good.choice of food. The communication was brilliant, Cami responded quickly to any queries and was so helpful. It might be helpful to have a book with instructions for the villa to avoid having to ask and as we all love coffee a bigger coffee machine would be useful but these are suggestions and did not impact the great week we spent there.

Great Vacation Home

We loved this rental. We were a large group of seven adults and this spacious home was perfect. We had car rentals and found it to be a good central location to go anywhere along the Algarve coast We walked downtown and to the restaurants in the area Coming back each day to the pool was such a treat and we took advantage of the outdoor dining area and barbecue Lots of private sleeping accommodations for a large group made it very comfortable too The property management were very welcoming and kept in contact to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, an excellent choice to stay!

Lovely villa in great location

The only things we had which we think should be addressed is no blackout curtains in 3 of the bedrooms so very bright. Sunbeds need updating and some of the steps need looking at, also would have liked some info on things around us but cabs were very well priced and everyone so nice. Look forward to coming back to Portugal.

The villa could be lovely however is very dated and not very clean, the outdoor furniture was not fit for purpose broken and damaged, the pool was green and hadn’t been cleaned in months by the state of it which meant we couldn’t use it during our stay. The tiles on the steps by the pool were damaged which were a trip hazard and an accident waiting to happen. Would not recommend unless it has a full makeover shame as it’s got huge potential to be lovely.

Great location and complex

Booking and arrival where great, communication was fantastic prior to arrival and very accommodating. We were welcomed by Sonja who explained how everything worked and the local area, which was lovely and helpful. The villa is a lovely size and well laid out with all you would need throughout your stay. Some parts of the villa need some maintenance and it was not as clean as I would have expected, which was a real shame, but I think this was simply due it being the end of a busy season, as previous reviews don't suggest this. The pool area is lovely once you get up to it, however the steps to the pool are steep, and some of the tiles are loose which was a bit worrying not just for the children but even for us grown ups, as they become very slippery. Overall a nice stay. The complex is great and is very close to alburfia.

A lovely villa in a great location

A really good size villa, I stayed for 2 weeks in august with my wife and two teenage sons, villa was much bigger than expected and could easily accommodate a much larger family or group. The pool was a good size and although it is accessed via a few steps this did not bother us at all but should be a consideration if traveling with elderly persons or very young children. All the rooms where air conditioned and in good order. The location was great and the overall complex was very good. There are 3 poolside restaurants/cafes on site alongside the 3 communal pools that you can use should you wish. There is also a small shop where you can get a few bits from but there are plenty of larger supermarkets nearby. We hired a car and would recommend this as the villa is not really a walkable distance from Albufeira town or beach. The management company where on hand and very useful and any questions or issues where quickly addressed by Sonja. My only feedback would be there are a couple of repairs/ updates that would make this villa perfect, they would be the bathroom from the master bedroom is looking a little tired and look out of place when compared to the other two refitted shower rooms. There was a hole in the bottom of the pool with several tiles missing and there was a high number of light bulbs missing. However none of these issues changed my opinion that overall this is an excellent villa and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa for a holiday stay

Fantastic time at Club Albufeira

We (7 adults and 1 toddler) spent a week here in early June 2022. Villa is located in the Club Albufeira complex so a couple of bars, restaurants and pools to choose from onsite, or about a 25min walk into the old town and less then 5 mins in a taxi (around €5!). Pros: Booking process and contact with property manager was seamless and Sonja was great to deal with. She also arranged our transfers to and from the airport which was a super help. The villa itself is a great size, loads of room for us all, and the pool, air con and patio were especially fabulous in the 30+ degree heat. Villa itself was clean and had everything you could possibly need, plenty of spare towels, sheets, utensils etc. Very small cons: lots of marble/glass/tiles for anyone travelling with small kids. Also there is about 10 tiled steps up to the pool from the patio which is not very clear in pictures, not a problem for us but can be dangerous when wet! However the pros completely outweighed the cons and we are already looking towards our next visit :)

Villa avec tout le confort

La piscine est en hauteur et surtout sécurisé avec un portillon. Pour les enfants s’est idéale. La terrasse a l’arrière est sans vis à vis avec un barbecue. L’intérieur est correct les chambres de l’etage sont spacieuse avec salle de bains privée chacune. 2 places de parking intérieur A 5 min en voiture du centre d’albufeira Il faudrait prévoir une machine à café plus grande pour le nombre de personne possible.
