“Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported……

“Beautiful new hotel in great location. Very clean, spacious rooms. The front desk staff is so friendly and upgraded our room at check in. Close walk to several beaches and 20 minute walk to Old Town Lagos.”

“Breakfast is excellent and lots of selection. Location is good. Room is small. Too expensive in summer for the room that we got. Not a lot of amenities. Even a spoon or fork will need to be paid.”

“Staff was very unprofessional, ordered 5 drinks at the hotel bar with my family before going out for a dinner reservation, 40 mins later drinks hadn’t arrived and we were going to be late for our reservation. only one drink was made, so i cancelled the order but the staff got upset and started talking back and demanded i pay the €12 for the drink she had made out of the 5 i had asked for. very uncomfortable and unprofessional. hotel is clean enough though.”
