Beautiful home in a lovely location

We rented this home and it was exactly as described. We had a couple of very small questions/needs and the response time was very good. The home is well stocked and spacious and in a very nice neighborhood - just a lovely stay.

Very nice house

The house was very nice and looks like the picture and where in a great condition. It is close to a very beautiful beach. If something should be approved: It was very dark when we arrived because the street lights was broken and no light where lit around the house. Thanks for a really nice staying!!

Villa Eva Stay

Gorgeous large villa in a quiet location, but close enough to walk to marina and old town. Great restaurants and the best beach in the area all within walking distance. Taxi and Uber drivers do get confused with the address however.

Amazing House!

We had every thing we needed for a wonderful week in the Algarve. Great house, great kitchen, lovely pool and privacy abounds. We visited the beach everyday because it was so close and beautiful. Thank you so much for a great week.

Quality of the villa and neighbourhood Location was superb - lovely beaches nearby Very friendly and supportive team at OC Villas - we had a few minor issues which the team addressed very quickly and efficiently Minor gripe - the villa would benefit from A/C in the lounge.

Lovely and well-maintained villa, great for a quiet stay with family or friends.

We stayed at this villa as a group of seven and really enjoyed our time there. The house is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with a beautiful outdoor setup perfect for relaxing together. The area is very quiet, ideal if you’re looking for peace and privacy — but don’t expect much within walking distance at night, and the local market options are quite limited. One thing to note: the garage room isn’t air-conditioned, and as mentioned in the listing, the windows can’t be opened. One of us tried sleeping there for a night but ended up finishing it on the couch — just something to keep in mind when planning sleeping arrangements.

Not perfect but good

The property wasn’t 100% ready for arrival, the outside lights weren’t switched on at the mains, nor was the pool light, the boiler in the garage wasn’t switched on so no hot water in kitchen or downstairs WC, we had to always shut the security shutters as one of the patio doors latch was broken so it would shut but not lock and no garden furniture cushions available so was rather uncomfortable. The overall holiday and area and size of the villa was ideal and rather convenient. The Uber service was fantastic in the area and will defo be coming back soon.

Schöne Villa

Sehr schönes großes Haus ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, Leider gab es nur einen Schlüssel und das Tor von der Einfahrt ist nicht zu öffnen. Der Pool war toll, weil sauber und beheizt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt . Die Terrasse ist super schön und bequem bestuhlt. Es macht viel Freude dort zu verweilen und zu speisen Den Grill haben wir viel genutzt .
