This is a nice house with lots of rooms! Centralized AC made it quite comfortable, and the pool table was an added plus. The place was clean and comfortable. Sadly we found out upon arrival that the pool was out of service, apparently the pool maintenance service had not been taking good care of the pool and algae had grown on the bottom of the pool. The owner didn't find out until we arrived. We also had an issue with mosquitos that may have been caused by the pool not being property treated.I worked with the owner and VRBO and they offered us a partial refund. One mistake we made is we didn't notify VRBO within 24 hours of arrival so the VRBO guarantee was void. I am grateful to the owner that they still offered a reasonable refund for the pool being unavailable.
