「We checked in with two young kids around 10:30pm after our flight got in. Upon checking into our room we realized it was dirty. There was a used robe on the bed and neither bed was made. No clean towels in the bathroom and a visibly dirty shower mat. We went to the front desk to be switched into a clean room so we could move on with our night and get our young kids cleaned up and put to bed. The options we were given was to either wait 30+ minutes while they cleaned the room or switch to a room...

「It was a trip back into the 1960's. They provided towel sets for two people when three were registered. No grab bars on side or walls of the tub, and no apparent slip prevention on tub bottom. We could have dropped a towel for the purpose, but then we would have been drying off with a washcloth...) Burned out light bulb next to one of the beds.
The housekeeping staff was good, however.
But at the $800+ price for two nights, next time we'll chose another place to stay.」
