This is a clean, private space that is perfect for a restful stay in Albuquerque. This has its own private entrance, a "kitchenette" area, and is an inlaw style unit attached to a main house. This space has one queen bed with medium-firm mattress and high quality linens. The living area includes a chair, desk, futon for napping WIFI. Street parking. Close to grocery, laundry, restaurants. Centrally located near I25, I40, Los Ranchos, Downtown.

No bathroom window screen for ventilation (no fan in bathroom); screen door didn’t fit properly. Very tight quarters; very small shower. Owner’s dog was let out at 3:30 am triggered motion detectors and lit up the room like a spotlight, waking us up. Not enough working outlets to charge our electronics. Rental had nice towels, AC worked well. Kitchenette had microwave, an appliance like a toaster oven, electric tea kettle, refrigerator with freezer. Shower had hot with descent pressure. Bed was semi comfortable. Ultimately we left after 2/3 night stay as we were no comfortable staying in “the hood “.

There was an issue with the booking (likely a technical issue) but the host was very kind and upgraded my stay to a pretty peaceful mother in law’s house. It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood had me concerned but I did not have any issues. Grateful for a peaceful weekend in a cute little place.

Very unsafe location. Do not stay here.

Do not stay at this property. Upon arrival we encountered people obviously on drugs/alcohol and we couldn’t believe the property manager expects someone to stay there in those types of conditions.

2 weeks in Albuquerque

Robin has a nice place. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was hot and everything was fully stocked or better than expected. This was my first time using VRBO. My favorite thing was the outdoor seating. Every night I could sit outside and see stars without being bothered by bugs. Just impossible where I'm from. It's a residential neighborhood so there is noise in the evening, but things quieted down at bedtime. I could not hear any outside noise with the AC or fan running, which kept the room at a comfortable temp. I would definitely stay here again. Robin was very accommodating and let me extend my stay a few days until her next booking was to arrive. Great experience of the "real" ABQ.
