Minutes from UNM, CNM main campus, Presbyterian and UNM hospitals, Isotopes stadium, Dreamstyle Pit, and much more. Walk, bike, bus or scoot around the area to enjoy

We are always available through the app to address any concerns. If there is an emergency or immediate issue please call if necessary.

The place is near the University of New Mexico, Presbyterian, UNM and The Heart hospitals. Close to downtown.

Parking is located under the building and each space is marked.

Up to date and cozy modern style studio with equipped kitchen, studio size oven and stove top to whip up a meal or just enjoy your morning coffee. Refrigerator/ freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Comfy queen bed, full bathroom and luxury towels. Heat and AC at your fingertips. Full closet and dresser to comfortably place and hang your clothes during your stay. Table and stools for eating or working while in town. Large patio for fresh air or night skies. WIFI and smart TV for your entertainment.

Free parking is located under the building in marked spaces. You can also park along the street. Please be careful of the low 6' 10" clearance. Security cameras in parking and common areas.

Our properties are regularly treated with pest repellent. Still, Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug, especially cockroaches. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

Great stay for the week

My work is based in NM so I stay in ABQ quite often and usually for a week at a time. So having a comfortable space is important to me. It was good stay and I had everything I needed, space to work, kitchen to cook, sunlight/patio, hot water and good location to walk to shops and lower parking for cars. Also host is very responsive, thank you!
