  • Conveniently located in the University Heights Area. Entire complex has been remodeled. Perfect place for short or longer term stay for a single person or a couple. Great location near UNM and local flavour restaurants.

    -Spacious living room area with smart TV.

    -Bathroom: Shower/Tub combo, 1 sink, clean towels, shampoo/soap
    -Stacked washing machine/dryer

    Other things to note:
    -Apartment is cooled by swamp cooler during the summer months

    -Located in 2nd floor, must climb stairs

    -Security Cameras installed outside on building

    -PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

    City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back.

    Starter Supplies: We provide starter supply of guest consumables only, anything additional will need to be purchased.

    Noise: this home is in an apartment complex. The guest can expect typical noise that comes along with complex living.

The place was so cozy and was perfect for me and my husband. It was always so easy to get in touch with the host! The apartment was right near so many yummy places to eat in a good neighborhood. The instructions were also very easy to follow for check-in and check-out.

Great space to stay for multiple nights! We made dinner and breakfast and the kitchen was very nice to work in! Everything was clean, homey, the perfect place to stay in and hang or come back to after exploring! In their welcome binder they mention they are across the street from old town. Be prepared to drive 10 minutes or Uber there but it is a straight shot with minimal traffic!

The place was cute and clean in a very walkable part of the university area. Satellite Coffee shop is 2 blocks away. Taryn was very prompt at communicating whenever I messaged.
