Great property for a family stay

This is a lovely property with plenty of room. The outside area works very well and the pools are great and clean.

The villa was amazing better than expected. Spacious enough for three generations not to get under each others feet. ! Location meant we didn’t need to take a car out daily as close to beach and shops/ restaurants. Enough utensils to be able to cook decent meals at the villa. Really lovely holiday where we made special memories -

Great Stay!

We have from 04.-11.03.2023 spent a week in this beautiful finca with family and friends. this finca is really a dream. the view of the sea from the terrace is great! José is a great host. we will never forget this time.

Spacious villa in a perfect location

Spacious villa in a nice quiet, residential area. The villa is very well equipped and is an easy walk into town and to the beach. Off street parking, comfortable bed and every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom so it would work really well for a large group travelling together. Would highly recommend.

Muy recomendable

Buena ubicacion, playa recomendable para ir con niños,nos hemos hospedado 11 personas, casa muy bien dotada de todo tipo de utensilios de cocina, habitaciones espaciosas, buenos colchones en las camas y todo muy limpio. Muy fácil comunicar con el propietario, el cual es muy hospitalario. Sin duda, si repetimos destino volveríamos a esta casa.

La casa perfecta, totalmente equipada, no faltaba ningún detalle, incluso había comida que el primer día fue un alivio, nosotros también dejamos comida para el siguiente inquilino. Solo había una pega y es que el aire acondicionado, que funciona muy bien, va por plantas, no por dormitorios y unos querían que estuviera encendido de noche y otros no, lo demás todo perfecto.

A splendid house in one of the finest venues in Valencia Province

Overlooking the harbour in Alcossebre and just 200m from the popular las Fuentes Beach it would be hard to find s better spot for a week of family celebration. The check was simple, handover was efficient and support prompt. We visited the property during an earlier visit (Oct 18) and met Jose and family, in the intervening period he has been extremely helpful with advice and guidance. Off street parking and ample facilities within the house, all helped make the visit successful. I hope we shall keep in touch and may return

Impresionante vivienda a 3 minutos de la playa de Las Fuentes

Primero agradecer a José, dueño de la casa, la amabilidad y las facilidades que desde la distancia nos ha ofrecido. La vivienda simplemente es impresionante habitaciones enormes, con colchones de primer nivel y baños individuales. En las zonas comunes no falta de nada, amplio salón con zona de comedor por si el calor aprieta y zona de descanso donde ver una película bien un dvd de la colección de clásicos que tiene el dueño o en uno de los varios canales de pago. Cocina perfectamente equipada con electrodomésticos de primer nivel. En cuanto al exterior mesa para comer al aire y zona de sofás para descansar. La casa cuenta con aire acondicionado y wifi que llega a todos los lados. La única pega es la piscina que en nuestra estancia no hubo el Mantenimiento necesario pero que sin duda ya está solucionado. En definitiva un lujo de vivienda, un lujo de dueño y que si se puede permitir es un acierto seguro.
