「While visiting nearby family, we only needed a place to sleep, shower and use as spot to keep our luggage. All of our needs were met. It is directly behind the high street, with the local pubs, tea shop, restaurants and shops a brief walk away. The host was very friendly and accommodating. There is an interesting history to the property, making it a charming place to stay.」

「The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent.」
