「Property is secluded and beautiful, very new and very quiet. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and the room and property are spotlessly clean. Staff was attentive and helpful. The only drawback was in-room AC - it didn’t seem to be working, even after we complained and had it checked. It was a bit muggy in the room given it was Portugal in July. 「The Epic was just that, Epic. The customer service was great, the room spacious with a large comfy balcony and the meals delicious and varied. The pools were a good temperature and had plenty of chairs around them. The beach is a bit of a walk but very nice to have on property. However, the ocean water was only in the high 60’s in July so it was nice to have the pool options. We had a two bathroom suite which made getting ready for the day quicker.
