Private Log Cabin, 4 min walk to Torch Lake

  • Comfortable, clean, cozy, and rustic log cabin just a few minute's walk up the hill from famous Torch Lake. Walking distance to shopping, dining, boating and recreation in Alden. Cabin is studio style, with a queen bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 futon and has about 500 square feet of living space.

    If you're looking to unplug, this is your place! We don't have WiFi but do provide a Roku in case you have a hotspot. We supply many DVDs for the TV. This cabin is perfect for people who want to explore all that this area has to offer: boating, swimming, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, biking, paddling, etc.

    SLEEPS: 6 (1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 futon)

Over all, we were satisfied with our stay although the futon and sofa were not comfortable in our opinion. We would also suggest that you bring your own water since there was a metallic taste to the water from the faucet.

Cute little cabin with all the amenities at a great value. Big lot located right at the base of a hiking trail, right across the street from Torch Lake and gas and grocery right down the road. it was perfect for a quick weekend getaway and we hope to come back this summer.
