“Room smelt like cigarettes. There was even asked and dust on the table tops. Toilet had yellow ring around it and shower has mold in corners. Paint was chipping off doors. A worker even walked into my room without knocking. There was trash and rust everywhere outside. This location has not been maintained.”

“Skip this property. Impossible to get luggage to your room, no valet. Only parking available is street parking and a lot that is unsecured. I parked in the hospital garage 3 blocks away to keep my car safe. Checkin attendant was unkept did not welcome me. There is a full height plexiglass barrier between you and the hotel attendant. Could absolutely not hear a thing he was saying. Room was small, bed decent. The only bright spot for this property is the mirror bar, good cocktails and bartenders……

“Check in was very easy, staff were all working and cleaning the whole time we were there. Room was a little humid/stuffy. But overall good stay.”

“Loved one died same day of reservation, asked for a refund. Never received it, or any resolution, after I was assured that Expedia thought they could get me a refund from the hotel, because it was special circumstances. Dissapointing.”

“Arrived at 1:30 AM after a wedding and reception, and there was no one anywheres to check us in. Took about 15 min for someone to finally come. Sheets were not washed and were covered in other people’s hair and crumbs. Absolutely disgusting.”

“Check in was good. Upon checking the room, the bathroom had dust and dirt from maintenance work in the bathroom shower, shower curtain was not installed and toilet needed to be cleaned. One of the employees came to our room right away and took care of the problem. The tv was not connected to satellite. Also, upon checking in, we were in the elevator which stopped between second and third floors and had to call Inn reservation number to alert front desk that we were stuck in elevator. Jolene in……

“Friendly staff, clean room.”

“Do not stay here. Walking to the room I knew I would not be staying. Tires, garbage and other trash sitting outside of the room doors. Some doors were wide open with people coming and going. The pictures do not show the refrigerator right next to the bed and I would not even use the bathroom. I cannot describe the smell of the whole room. It was a combination of food, sweat and musty. Walked by the pool on the way to the room and it was green and not maintained along with the rest of the……

“No Elevator ”

“The room was very clean and roomy. The bed was very comfortable. Not right on the main Highway so not noisy at all. Staff kind and helpful. We would have liked a coffee pot in our room but was able to get coffee downstairs very easily and it was good. I feel that upon entering the decor is a bit stark an industrial but everything else outweighs that opinion.”
