- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to applicable municipal legislation effective from 14 March 2024 for all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (04/01 to 10/31) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (11/1 to 03/31) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The fee is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the specific reservation period (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption exceeding the included value must be settled by guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to accommodation type:
T1: Electricity - 130 kWh and Water - 6 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit amount.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and transaction confirmation in your bank's app is required. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
