“Nice, clean hotel. Bedroom had a massive bed with fresh, crisp linen. Bathroom is nice and modern. Fresh towels daily. Pool towels provided on request. Breakfast was continental style which is fine for us. We could sit poolside for breakfast. The staff are all very helpful but unobtrusive. The vibe is very chilled and peaceful. “I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! This is a new hotel with rooftop and ground-floor swimming pools and a sauna and cold water treatment on the first floor. They also provide free shuttle buses to the beach and Albufeira old town. The breakfast and dinner……

“Had a few issues with payment as I paid way more than what I originally booked for. Spoke with Expedia and they said to talk to front desk about the over charged. That took some time however, one gentleman Ricardo finally saw that there was a mistake after days and refunded me the difference, which still didn’t add up but went the loses. Loved the breakfast and the choices, only issues sometimes there was no bake beans so had to wait a long time to get some. Especially having a 10months baby……

“This hotel is at the heart of a very popular and busy street. Music and party runs until 3AM just in case noise is bothering you. If planning to drive, parking is 1.50 euros per hour and 36 euros /day”

La personne de la conciergerie parle couramment français et nous a conseillé et réservé des restaurants très variés pour le diner. Le service parking et voiturier est très pratique. La piscine, les transats et parasols en bon état. La mer St Raphael est proche de l'hôtel. Nous avions loué une voiture et avons pu découvrir d'autres plages.”

It’s our second time and we enjoyed it again so much, The rooms are vast and airy, the decor is so Algarve, the bed is confortable, the pool is wonderful, the location is unbeatable,having a drink at AIR right by the beach was memorable. Dinner at sunset at PAPERMOON restaurant was delightful. The only complaint is that all the food us much too salty. Our group of 8 was unanimous. Super hotel but extremely salty food.”

“Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack”
