“Clean hotel, close to old and new town. Nearby the beach.”

“Nice, clean hotel. Bedroom had a massive bed with fresh, crisp linen. Bathroom is nice and modern. Fresh towels daily. Pool towels provided on request. Breakfast was continental style which is fine for us. We could sit poolside for breakfast. The staff are all very helpful but unobtrusive. The vibe is very chilled and peaceful. Sunbeds by the pool and an upper terrace. Reception arranged our taxi transfer to Faro Airport and it was a very good experience. This hotel is lovely, staff are very……

“I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! This is a new hotel with rooftop and ground-floor swimming pools and a sauna and cold water treatment on the first floor. They also provide free shuttle buses to the beach and Albufeira old town. The breakfast and dinner……

“Had a few issues with payment as I paid way more than what I originally booked for. Spoke with Expedia and they said to talk to front desk about the over charged. That took some time however, one gentleman Ricardo finally saw that there was a mistake after days and refunded me the difference, which still didn’t add up but went the loses. Loved the breakfast and the choices, only issues sometimes there was no bake beans so had to wait a long time to get some. Especially having a 10months baby……

La personne de la conciergerie parle couramment français et nous a conseillé et réservé des restaurants très variés pour le diner. Le service parking et voiturier est très pratique. La piscine, les transats et parasols en bon état. La mer St Raphael est proche de l'hôtel. Nous avions loué une voiture et avons pu découvrir d'autres plages.”

It’s our second time and we enjoyed it again so much, The rooms are vast and airy, the decor is so Algarve, the bed is confortable, the pool is wonderful, the location is unbeatable,having a drink at AIR right by the beach was memorable. Dinner at sunset at PAPERMOON restaurant was delightful. The only complaint is that all the food us much too salty. Our group of 8 was unanimous. Super hotel but extremely salty food.”
