“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“The hotel is beautiful! Just what we were looking for! We loved the feel of historical News Orleans with the courtyards and balconies...it felt like we stepped into a other world! Just keep in mind that there are rats around outside as you walk at night, in the courtyards and on the streets. It is a great walkable location to everything in the French Quarter! Staff is very helpful, accommodating, and kind. They made our 1st visit to NOLA wonderful! We hope to return again and we will definitely……

“Very cool hotel since it was once a sugar mill and the newest hotel to open in half a century in the French Quarter. The rooms were modern, spacious and comfy, you easily can walk to Canal Street, Bourbon Street and the French Quarter in under 5 minutes. but can sleep well by not being in the middle of those louder streets. ”
