「This is our 2nd visit in six months. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. Linsey is a great host. We did spectacular catching trout on the White River thanks to our long term guide David Talor from Sore Lip'm out of Heber Springs. We stay three nights and will continue to do this two to three times a year for years down the road. Also the cottage is within 2 miles of great food, the 178 club and Bush's Pizza. Can't wait to go back.」

「Can't beat the location and the view! Idk if it was the time of year or if it's normal but the nice & quiet we enjoyed was a rare find. You can find your solace here. The view is worth the almost 9 hr drive. However, you need to arrive during the day bc at night the propery blends in. The tree house is compact, well thought out, & decorated nicely. It would have been really nice to use the outdoor area but it was a bit nippy.」

「Very cute cabin directly on the White River. It was a very nice size and had all the comforts of home. Great WIFI and TV options. Very beautiful and peaceful area. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Clean and inviting. Lots of windows, enjoyed the view especially out towards the river. Lots of wildlife, eagles, geese and other birds. It was convenient to fishing guides and several restaurants in Gassville, AR Cabin was a great find as they accepted our dog.」

「Very clean, quite, fully stocked kitchen, tons of towels, there is a creek to drive thru but there is a walk bridge to go over if youre not comfortable driving thru it. Loved getting coffee and sitting outside listening to the animals early morning.」

「The property is beautiful. Close enough to towns to make quick grocery runs and adventure out with a secluded feel. Beautiful wooded trails for exploring.」

「Everything was great and as advertised for the actual property where we stayed. Non-white or Jewish guests will want to look elsewhere as the neighboring property was not friendly -- to put it very mildly. We were definitely uncomfortable. Please ask the owner if you want further details.」
