Scandaleux : fuyez ce logement !Ce séjour a été une catastrophe. Tous les lits sont une torture : matelas complètement affaissés, structures dures sans lattes (cf. photo), et oreillers de très mauvaise qualité, fins, inconfortables, presque inutilisables. Résultat : torticolis, nuits blanches, impossible de se reposer. À ce niveau de prix, c’est une honte.Et dès notre arrivée, le ton était donné : pas de capsules de café, pas une seule bouteille d’eau, et pas assez de rouleaux de papier toilette pour le séjour. Le strict minimum n’était même pas assuré.Nous avons immédiatement alerté GuestReady, l’entreprise gestionnaire. Aucune réponse utile, aucun geste, aucun effort. Juste du mépris. Aucun suivi malgré nos relances.C’est une escroquerie pure et simple. Le logement ne correspond pas aux standards minimaux de confort et d’hospitalité. Je tiens à disposition les captures de nos échanges pour prouver la mauvaise foi du propriétaire.Nous ne reviendrons jamais. Et nous déconseillons fortement ce logement à quiconque tient à ses nuits, son dos, et son argent.
