「We had such a wonderful stay! Our room and the whole home was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was absolutely amazing and had us not wanting to eat anywhere else. Our room was clean and had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The home was quiet despite being full. We look forward to staying here again in the future」

"Staying at this hotel was like a roller coaster of service, and I just wanted to get away. Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us. Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day. The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training." They even unplugged our chargers and threw them on the floor without permission. The lunch server said there were no sundaes, but the dinner server said they were available "all day.""
