We thought we were luckier as my wife and were told we had a room, though it was a single bed and not two beds as we had reserved. The clerk blamed the problem on the hotel being brand new and not quite ready for opening and, inexplicably, on the maids for not speaking English. 「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」

「Wonderful experience at this hotel, great locations. Breakfast was good. Family hotel. Pool was perfect. Bar by pool also offers good service and food. You can watch the sunset right from the bar. I could visit the restaurant Floridays, but next time. Room assigned was on top floor very clean, and comfortable, did not need the bay view.」

「This was the cutest little boutique-type motel!! Debbie was delightful and such a gracious host/owner. She showed us to our room and some of the amenities in the room, as it had just been freshly cleaned. It had a little kitchenette in the room, which we didn’t use. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.」
