「The home was just as described, clean, beautiful, and so comfortable! Exactly what our family needed. The host was so easy to communicate with and even reached out to us with a concern right off when our reservation was flagged for clarification instead of canceling our reservation! We will definitely be staying here again when in the area. Very convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants. Also close to Cedarville University!」

「Tristin is an excellent host, answered all questions and resolved issues that arose. This house is very comfortable and all necessities were available. Yes, the steps are steep, yes the bathroom is upstairs. This is an updated old house and these features accompany age. Great value and close to many of the things we planned to do in Dayton.」

The proximity to Glen Helen and the downtown area is great and makes it easy to come and go throughout the day without having to get in the car. 「Great location near the shops in the historic Oregon District. Lots of food and drink options especially for the young at heart. Rental was quiet. Nice interior space with classic architecture and woodwork. Tastefully decorated, clean comfortable rooms and a comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Good communication with the owner. The furnace kept the spaces warm with evening temps below freezing. We can recommend this apartment. 」
