“This little cabin was in an ideal getaway spot close to hiking trails and perfectly situated in the mountains. Be aware that it is a mountain cabin. Everything works, and everything is clean, but it is a rustic. Specifically, there are tricks to getting a hot shower, but don't give up the water heater does work. They just did a whole bunch of improvements, and it made the cabin very comfortable. This is a mountain gem, and I couldn't recommend it more.”

Would have enjoyed spending more time in the home but we were there for a wedding and quite busy.A few problems we encountered --the internet was often down (host said they were working in the neighborhood) and our cell service was spotty in the area-there were missing blinds in the master bedroom/bath leaving you exposed if anyone was in the……

“We really enjoyed our stay at this secluded and peaceful home. The home has a large deck and glass floor to ceiling walls giving you fabulous views of the trees and the Lake just beyond.”

“Great place to crash if you're visiting the river, 10 minutes from Oregon Creek Park, which is an awesome spot to hit with kids. Pretty sparse surroundings and it's deep in the woods, so it's remote and private. Space itself is set up for 2 people, if you bring more people (wouldn't recommend more than 2 adults, 2 kids) you should bring an air mattress and your own bedding. “Kitchen came with free snacks, cereal, juice, great for our kid. It was an easy drive to downtown, but a little up the hill so very private. ”

“A well maintained and nicely decorated older house. Plenty of room and sleeping spaces for many. Large furnished kitchen to support a large family or group. Living room has many seating options to accommodate many. Property is conveniently located near the Foresthill Lodge and other local businesses. We will definitely book again when we travel to this region in the future.”

Our host, Ann, was great with communication; I especially appreciated detailed checkin information. It was nice to be able to sit outside in the morning and appreciate the nature, but everything we needed was just 5-10 minutes away.”
