“We are in a group of 15s and staying in this hotel with 2 nights, it requires 30 mins driving from Melbourne airport and very convenient to reach. The environment is very good with some facility being offered. We are so amazing that we are 3 toilet inside each house, and quite convenient to a large group of people. But one thing you should consider is, there is no room service during weekend, no one come for tidy-up the room except for clean up the rubbish. Overall, I still recommend this hotel……

“so much better then we expected! the room is cozy and clean, there are big supermarket nearby (like 10 mins drive) that you can buy everything you need. the reception is helpful, we emailed them about very late check-in, they had everything ready for us with clear instruction. one thing to recommend, it would be perfect with hair dryer~”

“No lift so you have to walk one stair with your luggage. Bar downstairs so there will be some noise but still acceptable. Room is tidy but there're few red spot (looks like dried blood) on bed sheet, wondering if they changed it every time. They credit your credit card for deposit but debit if afterward, they should void it instead cause there are charges from bank!! Free car park for customers.”

“There are some minor damage on the bow plates and cups. the ventilation system was not good, in toilets and the cloth washing area. ”

“We stay for 2 nights and car parking is very big. Staff very nice and very details to guide us how to parking. And the hotel also have shopping place. If go to central, take train very close within free zone area. ”

“Cozy room, helpful staff. The room seems clean but ants will come in to give you troubles if you put donuts on the table for a night.”

“Great location to take free zone bus and shopping. Close to harbor side and staff are super friendly.”

“Reception staff were very good. I left something in the room, Contacted them 3 days later it had been found by cleaning staff and I was able to arrange its return”

“This is a stunning smart hotel, and ideally located for the City and the South Bank. The staff are friendly, helpful and very hard working. The breakfasts are excellent”
