"It is a beautiful hotel and the food we ordered from room service was absolutely delicious. The only problem was the lack of a shuttle. It listed an airport shuttle and that's why I booked them. I emailed them about it and heard nothing back. We were told at check-in that the shuttle wasn't working that week."

"Everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful. There was some work going on to the exterior of the building though that did not have any impact on our stay. Staff were lovely and helpful. The food was fantastic, I thoroughly recommend the cocktail bar and the leisure facilities. I have no doubt we will return. Thanks"

"The staff were friendly and mostly helpful. However, I had told them i was unable to walk far and unable to climb stairs. Whilst there were no stairs, we were on the top floor and as far away from the restaurant and reception as possible. They couldn't get a different room."

"I booked this at 2am after an emergency brought me into the area. I just wanted the cheapest thing available but the hotel was genuinely lovely and was in a lovely area. Really spacious room, and overall made an awful situation that much less stressful."
