“The property was in a good location to get to Stone Town and the ferry. Booking thru Expedia led to some confusion at checkout as their Expedia payment system was initially declined so we had to go on Expedia chat followed by a phone call to the facility to straighten everything out. Expedia could make that process much less confusing. The included breakfast was a nice treat and while I mostly take the stairs, the elevator was not working for half our stay. Overall though the stay was lovely……

“Staff were excellent. Room was tiny and the shower was cold but it was a grest option to be near to the airport ”

“There were 2 issues with this place. The first was their amenities were old. Their TV did not work the entire time we were there. On our last day, a technician showed up trying to fix the TV to no avail. The other issue is that they had no shuttle to the airport as advertised. That was a total lie. Other than those 2 issue, it was an OKAY place.”

“Fin leilighet som fylte våre behov! Det ene soverommet har to dobbeltsenger. Air condition fungerte ikke på dette rommet. Det var en romslig og fin leilighet, men dårlig renhold ved ankomst. ”

“The hotel is incredibly interesting and beautiful. The room was excellent and the restaurant upstairs delicious. The team was more than happy to help with anything we needed and we were sad to leave.”

“The staff were amazing....very helpful, friendly and ready to go out of their way to help the guests. Room was small, but clean and the bed was comfortable. Located in the heart of Stone Town so it's close to most places of interest. I will stay again.”

“O quarto estava em boas condições de estrutura e limpeza, mas a estrutura do prédio de forma geral deixa um pouco a desejar. O quarto é muito escuro, mas a cama é muito boa. O chuveiro precisa de manutenção. A família que nos recebeu foi muito simpática e prestativa, mas não é exatamente um hotel.”

“Hotel with a unique, cool interior. Missing a safe and refrigerator in the room. There was a problem with the water supply in the shower, the water ran out in the middle of the shower. Experienced the same with the faucet in the sink. Also felt there was a bit of visibility into the shower area from the other buildings around.”

“Perhaps there are better rooms, but our room ( nadia) is very noisy throughout our stay. Not just u could hear people shouting and chirldren playing and car horns, but the worst is that there are some sort of aircon machines right outside yr window so u can also hear the engine sound. There are too many more quiet but equally convenient boutique hotels in Stonetown but since we had already paid so we could not change hotel. DONT TRUST THE COMMENTS ANY MORE FROM HOTELS.COM! (P.S. WE COME FROM……
