“Wonderful room with terrace. It was nice and cool after our hot days out walking and, at night, there were extra covers in case they were needed to keep warm. Fantastic shower. Lovely breakfast and dinner. The owners were so friendly - they offered to pick us up from the bus stop. We actually walked and, although it was only 10-15 minutes walk, it was uphill so we really should have taken them up on this! Perfect location for the Path of the Gods walk.”

“This place is truly magical. The hosts were very kind and gracious and the property is kept very well. I read the reviews beforehand but did not expect the location to be as difficult as it was. It’s standard for the area but even if you are in good shape you will need energy to get to and from here. If you are planning a trip here I would highly recommend travelling light and bringing snacks/groceries just incase you want something to eat during the day and do not want to venture outside in the……

“I had a lovely stay at B&B Umberto. Annalisa was very helpful and responsive. I used the recommended contact for airport transfer from Salerno which was cheaper than local taxis and very efficient. The room was very comfortable and clean. Location is perfect with lots of bars and restaurants and the local train station on your doorstep. The room was serviced daily. I enjoyed the morning coffee and pastry on the balcony. Great value for money, highly recommended. I will be back for my next Amalfi……
