Red Roof Inn Amana hotels

"The day of check out we had two housekeepers knock to say they were coming into clean (even though we had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the doorknob). One even entered our room!!!! When I told the front desk on our way out, she was not apologetic and didn’t seem to care how our stay was. Plus our bathroom smelled awful from the moment we got there. Very musty smelling. The exhaust fan did not work. Which I reported, but again she could have cared less. Will never stay here again. "

"There was trash on the floor in my room, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Our pet friendly room was “misassigned”, there is a train track almost in the hotel’s parking lot, the walls and doors were incredibly thin"

"We ended up having a nice one night stay but the property is a little tired. You have to walk outside into another door to get into the bar area and the whole place just seemed like it needed a renovation. We were on the sixth floor in a king bedroom and the bathroom was so small that two of us could not fit in there at the same time. I will say that the staff was very very friendly!"

"Rooms were clean the only negative about our stay was the sink in the bathroom drained extremely slow, a light bulb was out in the bathroom, and the toilet seat was very loose. Room 305. Hotel was clean and would stay here again for the price. "

"Parking was good but the room we recieved smelled like fresh paint amd there was paint on the chair and all over the bed board. The breakfast was good."
