"This cabin was perfect for 2 adults & a dog get away! The "heated" shower fan, lighted bathroom mirror, attention to detail and the fenced in yard were some of our favorites. The front porch w rocking chairs looking over the lake was so beautiful & peaceful. 10 minute drive to Grinnell was very convenient, Scooters coffee, McDonalds, Fareway & Walmart This cabin has everything! Your clothes & a toothbrush is all you need to bring Definitely will stay again!"

"The cabin was cute and the setting peaceful. However, there were A LOT of dead bugs. On the floor. Window sills, hide a bed mattress. Dishes and shelves. Extremely disappointed in that. Also window shades abdcfrsmes spotted with bug droppings"

"There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral. Pros: ample parking, good location, very clean, large space, nice kitchen, large yard, DISH TV, pet friendly, rapid response from owner, sleeps multiple people Cons: sleeps multiple people but only 1 key provided, couches don’t face TV, 2 BRs have no doors so there is privacy only for people in upstairs BR, outlet in basement bath not working "
