"Great stay in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta! The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and everything you want to explore in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always making sure we had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and charming, which made it easy to unwind after a day at the beach or walking around the city. What I liked the most was the value for the price. The rate was very reasonable for such a great location and quality stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta."

"Amazing service and communication was outstanding when planning a surprise birthday week. Rooms are very spacious and clean with their own washer and dryer. The roof top pool has amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. Highly recommend this resort "

"While staff were very friendly and helpful, the property has seen better days. The issues were not overwhelming but annoying. On two days, there was no water coming out of the hot water tap for the shower. Even when the hot water came back on, one had to let the water run for some time before it became hot enough. Equally problematic was the fact, you could not adjust the water to a comfortable temperature, it was either hot or cold. The handle to the balcony door kept coming off in my hand so I had to reattach it. Although WI-FI was advertised as being available, it was quite spotty in my room; the only reliable access point was in the lobby. The elevator wasn't working for a period of time. At the restuarant across the street, the waiter did not want to split a bill between myself and a friend who was also staying at Blue Chairs. I found this a bit much since the establishment clearly had up to date billing equipment. We stood our ground and somehow, our bill could be split in two. As mentioned earlier, the staff did their best and whenever a problem was brought their attention, they did their best to resolve. In any case, I won't be returning to this lodging. Many thanks. "

"Our first few nights were facing the street. The room was cozy but clean. Air conditioner worked well, but was very noisy. Bathroom was tight and door knob was broken. We thought that even though it needed a few things we could make it for the week. It was clean and we wouldn't be spending a lot of time in the room. When we spoke to the front desk about the price difference between the street facing room verses a beach facing room, the wonderful gentleman offered us a free upgrade. The room was reasonably larger, the air conditioner was quite, the bathroom also had more room. The staff was absolutely great. The gentlemen at the front desk were super helpful and a pleasure to chat with. The hotel is right on the beach and easy walking distance to the melacon, shops and restaurants very close. "

"Excellent location and staff! We could walk to everything, and the discount for the beach club a few blocks away was very nice. The club across the street was noisy, but as soon as we closed our bedroom door we couldn’t hear much beyond what we were streaming on our tablet. We would stay here again!"
