Property is well located and comfortably sleeps 8 people. Close to Ambleside centre and facilities, with 2 great pubs 5 mins walk away. Mostly well equipped, but some spare toilet rolls would be nice

Wondeful "home from home" in a great location , tucked away down a quiet lane. Very comfortable and spacious but also cosy. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Spacious and a well located in Ambleside.

Spacious and a well located in Ambleside.We were a party of six and this spacious holiday home comfortably accommodated us all. The kitchen had a reasonable level of crockery and utensils with a generous size fridge.The head room was too short going from the ground floor bed room to the lounge and we were constantly hitting our heads. Accessing the en-suite from the ground floor bed room we also found hazardous as the steps were steep. The en-suite was always damp despite the extractor fan being on constantly. However, the shower in the bath was very good.
