“Nice for the price”

“This is a wonderful place to stay. The property is beautiful and peaceful, right near the river, and has an outdoor badminton / volleyball court, tether ball, ping pong table, and lending library of games and books. The kitchen is stocked with basic dishes, cookware, and small appliances. The staff is friendly and helpful. ”

“The room was clean and with the basic amenities. Staff was friendly. Parking was easy and safe. Air conditioning worked well in the room. ”

“Overall the room, bed, amenities, etc. were average but when I tried to shower in the morning there was no hot water and nobody working on site to help. Very upsetting. I believe it’s posted as a 16 minute walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk but when I mapped it, it was double that so we decided to drive and it was in fact very far away.”

“The outside of the hotel isn't overly appealing, but once inside the hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The room was standard fair, but the bed was comfortable and the pillows as well. Much quieter than I thought it would be, but a bit noisy with the slamming doors from time to time. Breakfast was actually really good, not covered by my Hilton Gold Status, but I could apply a $10 credit for a la carte food. I would recommend this place as an overnight place to crash.”

“Staff are very accommodating and nice. We checked in after hours and they made sure we could get in our cottage with no problems. Very close to the beach. Clean room but need to upgrade cooking wares. Our family enjoyed the place and very close to boardwalk and restaurants. ”

“No fridge and no hair shampoo , and no hair dryer , need to make the room with the needs prepared, plus the bed so small for two and air is not good inside the room there is no fan or window for the bathroom, price is so expensive for a suck ass motel room never come back to this motel again and parking is not easy ”

“This motel is in very poor condition. It is run down, scuffed up, looks dirty. Check in is brief to an employee behind a window. Easy parking in front of your room. No real amenities. Thin walls - could hear the tv from next room so couldn't sleep. Towels and bedding are rough basics. Needed a hair dryer - an employee came to our room and installed one on the wall (that was nice of her). They said no one had ever asked for one in our room. It was safe but I felt uncomfortable in this……
