"The hotel lobby smelled like garbage, almost puked everytime I walked through it. The whole hotel was were dirty, our beds were uncomfortable. Rooms also smelled like garbage. There were cockroaches in our bathroom. Staff woke us up in the morning because they thought we would check out that day. Also had problems with checking in. The only good thing was that the mrt station was close."

"Great value in a nice quiet location (Pudu) not too far from the center. The hotel is surrounded by amazing food - only 3 minutes walk from the train station and the "Times Square" area is about a 10 minute walk away. The room itself was great for the price and there is a beautiful infinity pool on the rooftop! I'm very happy I stayed here. The check-in and check-out process was quick and painless. I tried call the Malaysian help line but was told to call again during office hour! I planned to start the journey on Friday morning, but in the end I left my house around 3pm as I could not get the confirmation from your side.
