Delray Beach Anchor Park Hotels

"I had high expectations for this Hyatt location given the area, but this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. For the price they charge, you expect basic functionality and cleanliness, neither of which were provided. The Issues: • Zero Housekeeping: We requested room service/cleaning, and it was a complete disaster. They didn't clean the room at all. We returned to the same mess we left with, which is unacceptable for a multi-night stay. • The Shower: If you enjoy washing your hair with a light drizzle, you'll love it here. The water pressure was non-existent. It felt more like a leaky faucet than a hotel shower. • The Lighting Situation: This was the most frustrating part. The room had two sets of curtains, but neither of them actually functioned to block out the light. There were no blackout curtains, meaning the Florida sun was streaming in and waking us up at dawn. It felt like sleeping in a greenhouse. Bottom line: Between the lack of service and the broken room features, I won’t be staying here again. There are much better options in Delray where you can actually get a clean room and a decent night's sleep."

"Property clean & beds comfy. Need more lounge chairs by the pool as so many ppl were frustrated not being able to get a chair. Staff could of given more info at check in regarding rides to beach etc "

"The property is fairly new so it’s very clean and everything works. The hotel was sold out so the staff was very busy and apparently they don’t have enough towels when they are sold out. Our room was cleaned on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay and there weren’t any towels when we returned that evening. We called down and they said we were on the list. (The list doesn’t help you dry off when you get out of the shower) We grabbed 2 towels from the really small pool and took a shower. When we returned that night after dinner, still no towels??? I went the next morning to the front desk and they only had one clean towel, which I took. On my way back to the room the maids cart was in the aisle and of course there were towels on it. I grabbed another one. We’d probably stay here again when in the area but they sure need to stock up on some towels. "

"We had a great ocean view from our room. We enjoyed sitting outside the room on the provided chairs and enjoying our coffee in the morning of a beer in the evening. "

"I didn’t love how our balcony view over-looked a weird slab of concrete and it almost looked unfinished. But besides that the room was very nice, the cleanliness was on point, majority of staff was kind and helpful."
