“This a clean, comfortable and well stocked rental that I would stay in again. We had a minor issue on our first day and Marshall was there within 15 minutes. Location was convenient. Overall it was an extremely enjoyable stay. ”

“The Crow’s Nest Condo provided an excellent spot for our family to enjoy Anchorage and the surrounding area. The condo was fully stocked and immaculate. The listing doesn’t do the location justice as it’s close to a great park and bike/walking trails and downtown. The views were incredible and we even saw a rainbow over the water. We highly recommend this property and we hope to stay here again.”

“This property was very well maintained and the owner went above and beyond to provide the extra touches - fresh pastries, a bottle of wine, breakfast staples, chocolates...even coins for the laundry facility. Do yourself a favor and stay here any time you have the chance!”

“Condo was beautiful and spotless. We had access to garage to store our rental car. The kitchen and living area and half bath on second floor were well furnished and open. The bedrooms, large closets on third floor were roomy and well furnished. The host responded to questions quickly. The binder of instructions and helpful information was great too!”

“While this property seemed quite perfect for two couples that did not turn out to be the case. The first issue was the lack of the advertised parking space. We contacted the management company and communicated with them for three days and the parking space was never resolved. The furniture shown in online photos is not what is in the unit, instead there is one small love seat not a couch, bar stools with no backs and not adequate for the comfort of four adults.
