「First time in a “motel” as opposed to a hotel. Found it quite pleasant even though the room was dated. Linda at the front desk was very pleasant as were all the staff members we spoke to. Room was clean and even though there was carpet on the floors both in the room and hallways there were no visible signs of stains. Overall it was quite a pleasant stay. 」

「This is a renovated hotel right in the heart of Durango, CO on the main drag and walkable to various restaurants and stores. Perks: if you want to cook a meal, there’s a full kitchen right behind the front desk. Take a walk behind the hotel and you’ll find a relaxing babbling brook to enjoy. The place even has a laundry room on site. My room was “standard” - 6 nights - two comfy queen beds, a table to eat at or open the laptop, nice TV, mini frig and a microwave. WiFi was fast and water...

「We loved the hotel and location, however, we are seniors and getting our bags upstairs was difficult. We were in the rear building. We would stay again but make sure there was an elevator for us to take bags up and down.」
